中國貿(mào)易增長9月顯著放緩（雙語）

　　Growth in Chinese trade slowed significantly last month as the world’s second-largest economy began to feel the effects of the economic turmoil hitting its most important trading partners in Europe and the US.

　　中國外貿(mào)增長速度上個(gè)月明顯放緩。這個(gè)全球第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體開始感受到歐美經(jīng)濟(jì)動(dòng)蕩給它最重要的貿(mào)易伙伴帶來的影響。

　　Overall Chinese exports increased 17.1 percent in September from a year earlier, down from a 24.5 percent increase in August and well below most forecasts, according to data released by Chinese customs on Thursday.

　　中國海關(guān)周四公布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，中國出口總量9月份同比增長17.1%，增速低于8月份的24.5%，也遠(yuǎn)低于預(yù)期。

　　Imports also decelerated, rising 20.9 percent from a year earlier, compared with August’s 30.2 percent rise.

　　進(jìn)口增長也在減速。9月進(jìn)口增長20.9%，低于8月的30.2%。

　　Many of China’s imports are components such as computer chips or raw materials that are eventually re-exported as finished goods so slowing imports can signal future declines in exports.

　　中國進(jìn)口的產(chǎn)品中，很多為電腦芯片這樣的零配件以及原材料，它們最終會(huì)被加工為成品再用于出口。因此，進(jìn)口放緩意味著未來的出口放緩。

　　The slowdown was particularly apparent in Chinese trade with crisis-hit Europe last month, with exports rising just 9.8 percent in September from a year earlier, compared with a 22.3 percent rise in August.

　　中國與身陷債務(wù)危機(jī)的歐洲之間的貿(mào)易減速尤為明顯。對歐洲出口9月同比僅增長9.8%，增速較8月的22.3%明顯下滑。

　　Imports from Europe, China’s biggest trade partner, were up 25.7 percent in September from a year earlier, compared with a 31.4 percent increase in August.

　　從歐洲進(jìn)口同比上升25.7%，增速也低于8月的31.4%。歐洲是中國最大的貿(mào)易伙伴。

　　Annual trade growth with Japan, the US, Taiwan and Australia all slowed from earlier months.

　　中國與日本、美國、臺(tái)灣地區(qū)和澳大利亞之間的貿(mào)易增長均比此前幾個(gè)月有所放緩。

　　China’s trade surplus, a serious point of contention with big trade partners, particularly the US, also came in lower than expected at $14.5bn in September, compared with $17.8bn in August and $31.5bn in July.

　　中國對美國的貿(mào)易順差9月為145億美元，也低于預(yù)期。這個(gè)數(shù)字在8月和7月分別為178億美元和315億美元。貿(mào)易順差是中國與貿(mào)易伙伴之間產(chǎn)生紛爭的一個(gè)重要原因。
