在ACCA考試科目中,PM績(jī)效管理是相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)難度較高的一門,每年考試通過(guò)率僅有40%左右(如下圖),也就是說(shuō)大部分的PM考生都不能一次就備考。至主要的原因不是我們刷題不夠,知識(shí)不夠,而是我們沒有完完全全地掌握哪些是PM考試的重難點(diǎn),哪些問(wèn)題我們應(yīng)該避免。
