2.4 Gantt Chart(甘特圖表)
The chart specifies the entire schedule of the activities detailing the sequence of their execution.
The horizontal axis could be days, weeks or months and a vertical axis representing the tasks that make up the project.
However, it normally it does not indicate task dependencies—to determine how one task falling behind schedule affects other tasks.
甘特圖是做時間軸或者項目計劃的整個時間表達,具體到每個任務的時間開始及結束的時間節(jié)點,通常可以用微軟office的project來做。
2.5 Network Diagram(網絡圖表)
This can be used for project schedule development with task dependencies. Network analysis is also called Critical Path Analysis (CPA) and enables a systematic, quantitative and structured approach to the problem of managing a project through to successful completion.
網絡圖表則是表示每個點的相互關聯的關系或流程。

Project quality management ensures that the project will satisfy the stated or implied needs for which it was undertaken and involves creating quality management plans, quality metrics and quality checklists.
