　　辦妥了按揭貸款，請了律師，陳先生今天終于正式簽訂了買房合約。下面是他簽約的過程：

　　S--Solicitor Mr. White 律師懷特先生

　　B--Client 1 Mr. Chen 客戶一陳先生

　　C--Client 2 Mrs. Chen 客戶二陳太太

　　S: Good morning. Mr. and Mrs. Chen. How are you?

　　早上好，陳先生，陳太太，你們好。

　　B: Fine, Mr. White. We are sorry for being late today. There was a traffic jam.

　　好，懷特律師，真對不起，我們遲到了，今天交通非常擁擠。

　　S: Don't worry. I have the contract ready for you to sign.

　　S: Which is your mortgage loan bank?
